"They will tell you that you can submit your invoice back to your insurance provider but if you they are not in your network you will be out of luck and responsible for the whole bill yourself. They also oversell what vaccines you actually need and prey on fear of getting sick. GO TO YOUR PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN FOR ADVICE!"
"Just spoke to rep on phone. Said he could not discuss what shots would be needed in my travels but could direct me to a website. Only the nurses @ the consult could go over.. I only had general questions. Like I did with Life Alliance in which they thoroughly answered questions. I believe with preparing for international travels alittle more assistance could be offered to ease a person's concerns. Very disappointed in this company's approach. You would have still been able to charge me a consult fee with my vaccinations. But not now. Just poorly handled."
"I wasn't aware I needed an appointment just to buy bug repellent spray. This is the only retailer in Columbus that carries this particular brand (its active ingredient is safer than DEET and more effective than essential oil based products.) ANYWHO.. it would've been nice to have this information on the website. Made 2 unnecessary trips. But finally got my bug spray so it's all good."
