"Before the switch of management I would have giving 10 stars if I could of. But now they don’t even deserve 1 star. They book entirely too many patients so your never there less than an hour and a half. The new pharmacy they switched to has never shipped me my prescription on time. If you’re considering coming here DONT!!!! STAY AWAY!!! FAR AWAY!!! (staff is excellent and I feel like they are getting screwed by management having to deal with all the ignorance)"

"The absolute worst. Just sat for 2 hours trying to get an injection... an injection that should have been delivered to my house. Instead i had to drive 30+ miles.... whats the point in paying extra to inject at home, if they can't get you the shots on time and you still have to drive to the center? I feel bad for the women working there. Absolute worst"

"The staff at the location are great, as everyone else has said, but the telehealth and pharmacy are a JOKE. It seems like they are trying to force people into the office because of delays in paperwork, telehealth visits being rescheduled, and the pharmacies inability to ship ANYTHING on time. I'm feeling all over the map since the new company took over and I'm sick of it. I think it's time to start looking for a new place to go."

"Prior to this new management, 5 stars, very well run, never missed a shot, 10 min waits at most, all my years of blood work and shots available on an app. The last 6 month since has been what I can only describe as a disorganized mess of a money grab, I’m always behind, hour waits. They took something that needed no changes and destroyed it, my guess is everyone is looking for an alternative. Sad because the staff is EXCELLENT!!! And they don’t deserve to have to watch this unfold like this. I can only hope they get it solved quickly."

"The only reason this place is even getting ONE star is for the women that work there. They are awesome and always take care of you the moment you walk in. It's not their fault that the company is a clown show. Starting was easy enough but it was been nothing but a nightmare since. From constant and consistent delays EVERY SINGLE MONTH for home injections (which mean you'll have to go to the office for weeks until the refill arrives), to unnecessary "Blood work" nearly every 4 weeks even after being there for 15 months. And the blood work is an extra $135 ADDED to the $105 monthly fee. And this isn't an isolated incident. Two months ago they promised us all that this was over and the new company would be better but it's only been worse. The new company has no idea what's going on. They increased my dose in the doctor visit but input the wrong dose amount to the pharmacy. So now I have to go back and PAY for MORE blood work even though nothing has changed with my dosage. What's worse is they won't even acknowledge their mistake and are still making me come in and charge me for the blood work that should be the exact same as the one I took 4 weeks ago. The incompetence and negligence to their own process is pathetic and embarrassing. Skip this place and just go to a respected Urologist. You'll get much better results and someone who actually knows what they are doing. This place will only nickel and dime you every chance they get."
