"Got to see my doctor or nurse practitioner right away.Easy to register. Friendly and very knowledgeable. The pharmacy next to the Little Clinic is very convenient. Only had to wait 10 minutes for my medicine to be prepared. Would go back again."

"Today was awful. I typically don’t write reviews but I wanted to share my experience. I working an overnight shift and my daughter’s dad calls me saying she woke up with a swollen eye. Once I got off I went and picked her up. I first went to Walgreens walk in clinic and left after being ignored there. I only went there first since it is part of Tri-Health and that’s her primary doctor. I had never been there before. I do a lot of shopping at this Kroger location but I have never used their walk in little clinic. I’ve gone to Kroger walk in little clinic before when in a pinch for my daughters and myself. I didn’t realize they closed for lunch. That is my mistake. I had arrived at 1:36pm. My three year old daughter had a swollen watery eye probably pink eye. She is crying, uncomfortable/in pain. She has never had any eye issues before so she was confused. She does not like the doctors but I told her the doctor will make her eye feel better. So I stood and waited from 1:36pm to 2:02pm because I didn’t want to lose my place in line, I was first. As a mother you will do anything for your child. I held her the entire time. The lady walks up and I asked if my daughter could be seen today. Before I could say what is wrong with her. She tells me they don’t have any opening today and they can not see her. She starts to tell me about the urgent cares. I already know those will be significant waiting time. I had just got done with long overnight shift. Her dad is off to work. I held back my tears and walk away. I understand appointments are better and appreciated by them. I would have made one but unfortunately not all sickness can be planned ahead of time. I was just very disappointed."

"Had an appointment, appointment time came and was saw, no problem. Did a test, heard back, and then requested a doctor's note for work of the time I was supposed to be off. I've called back for four days (over 14 different times because it's not easy to actually get someone and there's no way to leave a message) being told that each time they'll send it through the portal /that day/. Still haven't gotten it. Most recent time the receptionist, who remembered me calling the day before, said she was going to get the doctor to do it that very moment. That was about an hour ago. I've been to other Little Clinics, and I understand when people call off (which is what pushed back my original appointment time in the first place)... But I also know it takes only a few minutes to type up the paperwork because I've watched them do it. This clinic is fine if you need the bare necessities, but that's all you're getting from them."

"Very, very disappointed. I made an appointment for 11 AM for a biometric screening five days prior. The Little Clinic nurse took nearly 30 minutes to get to me in line (having been absent from the receptionist desk) only to proceed to tell me my appointment was actually for the pharmacy (she also informed me both the pharmacy AND the Little Clinic could do my biometric screening). Keep in mind I've fasted for nearly 14 hours at this point, I work 3 jobs and my last ended at 2 AM earlier that morning so I was tired and getting shaky and frustrated. I got in line for the pharmacy only to be informed although I had an appointment for 11:00 AM and I had been present since 10:50 AM the pharmacist could not take me until 1:00 PM (my next job started at 2 PM and is roughly 30-45 minute drive from this Kroger). The pharmacy tech walked me over to the Little Clinic where the nurse proceeded to tell her she could not take me because she was the only one available there (there was only one other patient there and he was getting a flu shot, a 2 minute ordeal). With this information the pharm tech told me she would not recommend I getting my biometric from this nurse (as I was feeling inclined to agree with) since she seemed out of sorts anyway. Frustrated, hungry, shaky and nearly emotional I thanked the pharm tech and made my way back to Kroger Springdale's customer service to ask for a manager. I don't know if anything will be done regarding the nurse who decided not to help me out or the pharmacist who disregarded my appointment time but I complained to the manager all the same. This Kroger on Springdale Rd completely disregarded my appointment, chose not to service me in a professional manner and left me severely inconvenienced during my valuable free time. I will not be going back to this pharmacy or the Little Clinic, sadly I will have to make more time for Labcorp. That's what I get for going to a grocery store for medical service."
