"As an employee from agency, I found Englewood Health and Rehabilitation a nice facility. Actually my experience as a temporary employee led me to apply to work with them as a STNA. My supervisors, especially Colleen, went out of their way to accommodate my needs. My coworkers were helpful and very resident motivated, I would recommend family to receive care there. I would also like to say I was diagnosed with a terminal illness, and the staff made it their business to help , should the need arise, I would not hesitate to receive care for myself as a resident.. Again I would like to say My HR director, went out of her way, to help with any issue I had, and I would work there again, if the I’m able.."

"I want to share my thoughts about this nursing home. During my 10 year stay hear at Englewood Health and Rehab. I have never experienced nursing home living so that was a shock to me to have to learn how to live there and except the help they gave me. They made the change be rather smooth. The staff was helpful and very nice to me. They took care of my medical needs I will always remember how everyone went out of there way to comfort me in those first few days It is time for me to move on from here and go to a new place. I just want to take a moment and say how much I have appreciated the care they have given to me. I feel due to events that have happed hereof recent to me I must leave for my own peace of mind. Hoping to find a place for a new view on things for me I just wanted to thank you for all the l'ove and kindness you have shown me over my 10 years here. Thanks Vanessa"

"If I could give less than one star, I would. If at all possible, please do not send your parent (s) to this facility. My dad went in with a walker going to the bathroom by his self, to starving to death and not being able to get out of the bed. They did not check his sugar, so he ended up in the hospital for that, he strained his rotator cuff and couldn't lift his arm to eat and no one would help him eat. They fed him pasta, potatos, and rice knowing he was a diabetic. If it had not been for someone visiting daily, he would not be alive. We had to send him to the hospital because he looked like a skeleton with skin. We informed them that he would not be back and got him in a nursing home."

"This place is not where you want to send your loved one. Very understaffed,and lack supplies. They have to use improper supplies to provide care due to lack of linen,briefs and basic cleaning supplies such as soap. Management takes nothing seriously and their main focus is not getting in trouble by state. Staff is asked to lie on documentation to avoid state penalties. Avoid this place at all cost."

"I have never had another boss like Pam Vanness. She truly cares about every person that works at the facility as well as all who resides there. Our facility has improved greatly under her watchful eye and we continue each and everyday to improve. She is more than just a boss. She is a great leader who has brought together a great management team and we will continue to grow and thrive under her leadership."
