"Terrible service. I'm questioning if the doctor even has a PHD. And the people working the front counter are especially rude"

"While the NP did help me and prescribed me with a new inhaler and steroids for my lungs she made me feel like I was an inconvenience/frequent flyer? Why does the little clinic offer prescription refill appointments if I’m going to get the third degree as to why I don’t have a family doctor? I hadn’t even been seen there in almost 7 months. She made it a point to say to the np she was training that I was “back”. I didn’t even go to the same location twice. They offer quick appointments on my lunch hour or weekends when a family dr wouldn’t be open anyway. So how about you not worry about my life, do your job, treat me and keep the rest of your thoughts to yourself. Thanks."

"Had to take off work to go into here, they presumed that my sinus issue was viral and didn't prescribe an antibiotic. They did offer if I was still sick in a few days (at around 10 days of total sick time) they would call in an antibiotic. I waited the few days and called back. They said that they would call in an antibiotic. That was 4 hours ago, the pharmacy that they were going to has yet to receive it and I've been calling them for the last 40 minutes. Once you get in contact with anyone, they are nice people. Just why point me to calling into the clinic and then not answer the phone?"

"Someone who has gotten sinus infections yearly should never go to a Kroger clinic. Apparently their goal is to never prescribe antibiotics. I will just end up at a real physician tomorrow. Waste of time and money."
