"Be very aware of what is being ordered for you and do not hesitate to have a different opinion. An hour after I left there I received a phone call from a pharmacy in Illinois wanting my credit card number for a prescription that I was not told about. A paper describing the medication was handed to me as the dr was finishing up. There was never a conversation about the order."

"Just cant say enough about Dr.Persky and all of the staff. They are caring and kind and listen when you are explaining how you are feeling. The Dr. explains what his thoughts are and goes over the cost. So happy that I went to this practice. Shaunna V."

"Everyone in the office were nice, respectful, and very informative. My daughter (age 8) was terrified and left the office laughing and smiling. They made us feel welcome and answered all questions without seeming like they were in a rush, although they were visibly busy. I would highly recommend this office to everyone for foot and or ankle concerns."

"I previously posted a great review for Advanced Foot & Ankle Care. I would like to update my experiences base on my more recent experiences. The facility is clean. The staff are late getting to you once you are in the office. I spent over an hour the last several times. The staff was busy but also short and rude. A couple of weeks after my last appointment, I received a large bill. Mind you, I was attending follow ups as the Doctor required. My experience with other medical offices has been follow ups to a procedure have been part of the original cost of the procedure. Every time you attend this office, the charge is a minimum of $150.00. I paid that large bill in full. One and a half months later, I received a bill for nearly the same amount. I called and spoke to Amanda who didn't have a clue. Then, I got transferred to billing and spoke with Doreen. The two bills look nearly identical. I am very angry. Doreen was condescending and laughing at me. It's amazing how your experiences when you first go are so positive. Apparently, when they are done soaking you for money, their true colors come out. I will never darken their door step again. Oh, I imagine this post won't last long. They will want to remove it so they can maintain a mostly glowing report."
