"I have been going to this clinic for three years, the practice has progressively deteriorated in quality and customer care. When I was with Dr. Addison, I had excellent care, however the last year with this clinic has been disappointing to say the least. Before writing this review I called the clinic and requested a call back from someone I could share my feedback with, it has been a few weeks and I have not heard back from anyone - goes to show how much they really care to improve. My issues have been - 1. Trouble getting an appointment with a female gynaecologist after my Doctor left this clinic. 2. Continuous trouble with prescriptions - Either they will ask the pharmacy to prescribe only one months supply at a time or they fail to provide refills for 2/3 medicines and I have to keep calling the clinic over and over to fix this issue. It is a real struggle to get even basic medication like birth control re filled over here ! 3. Rude staff, if someone called me from the clinic I’d be more than happy to elaborate but they just don’t seem to care. I will not be going back to this clinic unless they are able to address all these issues."

"Was a fight just to get birth control refilled here. Took me about a week before someone finally fixed it and informed me the other person made an error. I know people make mistakes but I tried explaining this to said person and they acted as if I did not know what I was talking about nor would even look into what I was saying. Some of your staff are also unkind. When I first started coming here I loved it. Now I would warn others to stay away."

"Girl friend has horrible experience there. Explained she was a women with some pretty serious issues and needs someone experienced and can time on her. Got stuck with a doctor only available one week a month. This place does not care"

"I am beyond happy with my very first visit here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming. Appointment: I felt like the staff understand, asked questions and let me ask questions, and made me feel super comfortable (since lady issues can be a tad embarrassing). I was walked through every aspect of my pap. They took a lot of notes about my family and medical history. For the first time I felt as though my health, my issues mattered. After the appointment: the receptionist (all of them really) took the time to schedule my next appointment. Because of my hectic schedule, I figured they would be bothered by trying to work that out, but she called several places to make my next appointment, she didn’t seem bothered and all around everyone was super sweet. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you are like me and are super nervous about the whole female doctor visit ordeals."
