"Dr. Bader has been my Primary Care Physician for over 20 years. I drive 45 minutes to go here because this is a wonderful establishment. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"This office opens at 8:30. I had an appointment scheduled at 8:45. I was brought back to exam room on time but I am writing this at 10:15 and nobody has came to even give me an update on when I will be seen. I would rather drive to Cincinnati to have a real doctors office give me a physical. Do not waste your time here."

"Dr. Emmert is nice and helpful. The office staff could use improvement. They tend to not answer the phone. I needed a simple prescription refill and heard from my pharmacy that it had been refused by the physician's office. Called the next day - took 15 min before they would answer the phone and I did not want to leave a message because I needed to find out why my prescription refill was refused. Apparently there is no longer an option to hold incoming calls - you have to just keep dialing until they pick up or leave a message and spend the next several days playing phone tag. Finally I got through and turns out there was no reason why the refill had not been granted - she said they hadn't received it - probably because they don't answer their phone or respond promptly to messages....."

"The absolute worst, if you care about your health and well being go elsewhere. This group does not care an ounce about their patients. After being seen by Dr. Spivey a few years back, she said she was going to refer me to a specialist. The office was so disorganized they couldn’t provide the name at the time and said they would call. Never got a call and could not get any of the four messages I left to be returned and never got the information. So I switched to another Dr. in the group(the only group in my town) now this Dr doesn’t come to our town. If iI want to continue to see a Dr in the group I have to drive an hour. I made in appointment thinking I could get in at the office in my town, I call, they make the appointment. A week later on the day of my appointment they call to cancel and tell me to reschedule with the Dr that no longer practices in that office and only has availability 1 day a week. No one notified me prior. The most unprofessional group of doctors and staff I’ve ever come across. I really thought aligning with Tri-Health would have helped with the disorganization and unprofessionalism, but it hasn’t."

"DO NOT GO HERE! In October, my husband went in for a ****NORMAL***** physical/wellness check. After, we received a bill from the office (which was 100% covered by our insurance), which we were forced to pay OR be sent to collections -- We have been fighting with the office for over 6 months now to get a refund...even after providing all the necessary documentation. The billing people at this office can't seem to get their act together, and Stacy (particularly) is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful when you call with a problem with your bill."
