"Dr. Stegall has done great work with me. She's been extremely understanding and thorough. I went for a symptom, and she took the time to find and treat the underlying condition rather than just rushing me through. Very thankful , I finally saw someone who heard me."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been a patient for awhile and was recently discharged due THREE cancellations or no shows in about 4 years - the most recent being due to a technical issue for telehealth. Mistakes happen. I am human. Yet I am being punished MEDICALLY for that. I will never recommend this place. Every person who works there acts like they hate their job, they're always rude, and can't keep doctors to save their life. Because of a technical error, I now have to find a new doctor for my medicine which is important for me to function, not to mention having to start over for a very lengthy EDS diagnosis. I hope this place goes under."

"I moved to the Troy area in October of 2021. I found Omni Wellness and they have been phenomenal in helping my son and I establish care. They are thorough and take time with you as a patient to listen to your concerns and address them accordingly. The staff has been wonderful and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. Nicole is a superstar!"

"Rude employees. Don’t waste your time. They don’t tell you when your NP leaves the practice, they take forever to call in refills or say that you have to see a “nurse psychiatrist “ for a medication that is not used to for mental health purposes, rather for insomnia. This was never the case under the care of the NP I saw there who left, she treated the insomnia and made sure I had refills. They have so many NP come in and then leave, soon as you get used to one they are gone. I’ve had multiple encounters with rude MA’a who work at the desk, they speak to you in a tone and act like you are a bother. I, as well as my mom, are looking for a new practice. It should not be the patients issue, if a NP leaves. The patient should be informed of that, getting refills should not be something that takes days or weeks. If you want adequate care, don’t waste your time."

"Where do i even start with this place....the employees are rude, they make you wait forever for your appointment, they don't care about their patients, THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! Every visit i have had an appointment, which was only 2 visits, were absolutely awful and disheartening. Every time you call they are rude and act like they don't even want to talk to you. Ive only had 1 employee there that was decent to me. I was so happy to be able to switch to a new doctor the beginning of 2021 but they decided i needed to come into the office in December to get a refill on my sleeping medication. I had sent in a refill request a week prior and I had to call into the office to find out why it wasn't filled yet. I asked why and they said because your regular doctor here left a few months ago. Okay, so if my doctor left months ago, why now? They couldn't give me a straight answer. So after explaining to them that i wasn't comfortable coming in due to COVID they basically told me i had no choice if i wanted my medication. Since i cannot go a day without them, i scheduled an appointment. They only gave me enough pills for 14 days, which wont get me into the new year for my other doctors appointment. They gave me enough pills till exactly January 1st and expect me to get into another doctor to get a new refill on a holiday. I called in and explained the situation, they said they would call back and never did. I am absolutely APPALLED by how they have handled every situation. DO NOT GO HERE!"
