"First time I had been to this Urgent care, registration was quick and efficient. Staff was fast and friendly. The modern music selection playing was surprising and welcomed. In and out with everything I needed in 20 minutes without feeling rushed or unwelcomed."

"I liked the care that I had but going in. And having to pay $75 a piece for each of us and not being able to have a payment option or a bill to me is ridiculous. Because not everybody has that money right now. And that definitely makes it hard for me to make my bills this next week. And I couldn't wait to find out if my daughter's lungs were OK until her Doctor's office opened a job. Guess which there was an option to have it. Build to me or a multiple option to pay over time."

"I hate to only give two stars, I really do, but this is completely warranted. The check in staff was very respectful and polite. He did a quick job and collected my copay up front so I could just leave when I was finished. He was well put together and kind. The nurse was nice also and listened very well. The Doctor was kind, but he seemed impatient when I was telling him my symptoms. He actually interrupted me at one point and said he was going to examine me when I was still going over what was going on and I felt it was different from viral infections . I have had viral infections the past 39 years of my life (I get a couple a year , I know my body well, and i never use antibiotics). I had a suspicion that my infection was bacterial, not viral. He checked me and told me it was viral, no point in testing, but he could test for covid and flu if I wanted him to. He said probably one of those two things. There wasn't much to do for viral and that treatment would be the same. I was mostly concerned about how bad my throat hurt (I couldn't swallow or eat and lost 7 pounds over the past 5 days, and my symptoms only got worst) and I was almost positive it was bacterial. So they charged me 50 dollars for them to glance at my throat and in my ears and send me out the door in 10 mins time with no help. Here is why I can only leave two stars. I got home and just knew something wasn't right. I took a flashlight and looked at the back of my throat, I had blisters on both sides and all down the back of my throat. I decided to go to Kettering emergency room in huber heights (SAME DAY!!), just pay for a second time (and a larger amount!!), just to have someone actually listen!! I tested positive for strep throat (strep A). I was Negative for covid and flu (which is what I was told I had). They started me on antibiotics there, gave me a steroid bc my throat was so inflamed, an NSAID, and a cough suppressant. After a couple hours, the pain improved significantly. After 12 hourd, I have very little pain, I can feel the swelling is down, and I am eating and drinking again. And I know I am about to get a good night's rest!!!!! Finally!! Just pay the higher copay and go to kettering. That's what I will be doing next time...for all my family....starting with my four kids that have blisters on their throats (I looked and found my germ growers!!) Just wanted to note for the Dr so he can learn (he was very young). I have my tonsils removed, that doesn't mean anything (you can still have strep, my blisters were located on the back of my throat and the sides (i dont believe you actually looked, bc there is no way you could have missed it!!). Second thing: the Kettering Dr asked me if I had young children at home. I have 4 little kids (5,6,8,8). Strep is going round In that age group. They were piecing that together with what they saw and what I was telling them. Thr Dr. At Premier should have listened and should look at all pieces of info. Don't send someome out your door still sick, in pain, with no help (and you took money from me, in my opinion). Very poor job done."
