"Solid store with a good selection. Feels like a Guitar Center in terms of quality and variety, but the staff is personable and helpful like a small business."

"Brought in 3 used guitars to see about selling. Told the older guy with the earring when asked how much I was looking to get just to give me a fair price, as I just wanted them out of my garage. He says he has to call the boss. Comes back 10mins later offers me $150 which didnt seem fair as I had looked up costs prior to me stopping in the store. I politely told him no thanks and shook hands. Another customer walks up and asks me about 1 of the guitars and the old guy interrupts him and says “oh hes not interested in selling” walks out of the room then comes right back in and offers me $200. I again tell him no thanks and pack up and leave. I understand trying to get something for a good price. But to act like he did with the comment “oh hes not interested in selling” when im clearly there to do just that is ignorant and rude. I run a small company and I treat my customers with respect and lowballing a potential customer in an effort to get more from them isn’t respectful and making comments as he did certainly isnt either. I ended up selling them on marketplace for 2x what they offered me."

"Old dudes constantly outside smoking pot. Has no respect for the customer and rushes you along so he can get back to his smoke break. Oh you want guitar work done? Be prepared to pay twice of what you should and wait twice as long. Oh you want a guitar that you see everywhere for $499 and music farms the only place that has it local? Be prepared to pay another $100 unless you can wait on your sweetwater order."

"My daughter and I literally traveled across the country to finally find her first electric guitar at Music Farm in Ohio, of all places! She plays left-handed so it's been difficult to find something within our price point. We walked into Music Farm not hopeful. We walked around a bit and found one, just one, and it was purple, my daughter's favorite color. But it was just out of our price range. Justin bounced around the corner just in time! We told him what she was looking for and he went to work finding it. It turns out the one we found was actually in our price range! Justin was an absolute gem and got her completely outfitted with everything she needs while staying as close to our budget as he could. Our experience with Justin at Music Farm was top notch! My daughter is thrilled to be taking her new axe home to New York!"

"The staff at The Music Farm went above and beyond my expectations. I brought my guitar in for a set up, string change, and to install new pick ups. Everybody in the shop was super friendly! The service was very reasonably priced, and quick. I spoke with the guitar tech over the phone and he was very kind, easy to talk to, and thorough. Most importantly my guitar sounds amazing! Thank you Music Farm!"
