"I would give this place no stars whatsoever. I made it clear from my very first contact that all I needed was grooming. I asked for a price before I booked asked again about pricing and never in any conversation was it mentioned that you are ALWAYS CHARGED for an office visit. I was charged $58 extra making the total charge $93 for a simple bird groom. Why is it that being a senior citizen means everyone is going to automatically take advantage of you. Wrong, wrong, WRONG!!!"
