"Had to wait a month and half to get in first off. Then the doctor would rather put me on meds then actually hear about what I'm going through. Called about my second blood test appt and the doctor never replied back.."

"This office agreed to treat an urgent patient (this was a lie) and scheduled months away. They then cancelled twice, once during the appointment itself. When I requested more assistance as this was extremely unprofessional, not my own doing, and I desperately needed help or medicine, they threatened to make cops take me to the hospital if I did not go myself. I will now receive a bill that cannot be paid in addition to all my other medical bills from ACTUAL emergencies. I said nothing different to them then I said in the original intake appointment 5/4 ish months ago. ER agreed this was unwarranted. Do not trust them, as if you do you may find yourself with endless useless bills and significantly more financial anxiety. I tried to change providers and they wouldn't let me during the first cancellation, and told me family resource center would be just as long of a wait (a lie again). They finally agreed to change providers this final cancellation but didn't have another apt for a month AGAIN despite putting me off 5/4ish months already, and then decided I was too urgent to be allowed to stay home (despite being in no danger and having multiple people living with me). They made my mental health significantly worse, and now I have further stress added by their actions. Find somewhere better to assist you in your mental health journey."

"I'm giving 3 stars because I love my counselor but my psychiatrist is awful. She laughed at me when I asked about autistic testing and said "well I don't see autism" after only seeing me 10 minutes a day once month."
