"Meijer rx service are hazardous. Once again-- routine medications not available when due. The meds were due for 1/26 having 1 refill available. Tx showing ready for P/U on 1/24. When i went to PU rx on 1/28, (this time). I Told that new refill could not be ready until mon. I was told that the RXs had been put back.. You can' be BOTH stupid as well as rude -- kindness will usually solve any frustrations. .This situation happens very often--despite prior complaint discussions"
"Be prepared to be annoyed. The employees are rude and not of any informational help. Policies will force you to run your medicine completely out, and sometimes THEY WILL NOT HAVE YOUR MEDICINE. They set a policy and do not even have the will power to make it safe for their customers. You will wait in their drive thru for 30 min. just to be turned around empty handed. You will drive back on the day they indicated for you to come back, and they will tell you that they did not have the medicine required to fill the prescription. WHAT?! And the super friendly clerks will blame you, and assist you in no way what so ever. PLEASE save yourself the time, stress, anxiety, boredom and safety and fill your prescription ANYWHERE else that you can. AVOID AVOID AVOID"
"Called a couple months ago to ask about the ingredients in my prescription medication. The woman I spoke with was kinda rude and extremely unhelpful, that wasn't the first time I spoke with her so her attitude didn't surprise me at all. I've been getting all of my prescriptions from this meijer for over 10 years and have definitely noticed it going downhill for a while now. Very slow is one issue for sure. I will say there are a couple of employees there that are very friendly and helpful but that's the only good thing I can say about this pharmacy. Aside from that I could list a bunch of other less than impressive experiences."
"Need service for anything? This isn’t the pharmacy for you. They put you on hold each time you call, and do it so quickly you can’t even get a word in on the phone, then they NEVER come back. My prescriptions here are almost always out of stock or on back order, and the app is worthless and incorrect most of the time. Going in store service is a little better, but still slow and the employees act like you’re doing them a disservice by being there. I switched back to Walgreens because I’d rather pay more money than deal with this place."
"The service here is generally pretty awful. There's always a large line and even when there isn't, they're still slow. I do understand the need for employees is high in the pharmacy and there's a large demand, so I expect it to be slow, but the attitude I often get from the staff is just unnecessary. I am polite even when they make mistakes (which they have a few times) and believe I should get the same respect back. However, I will mention a specific pharmacist: Lauren. I had been struggling to fill an important medication for days and after another staff member was rude and unhelpful again, Lauren approached me herself, noticing I was upset, and assured me she'd have my medication filled before the end of the day. It is a medication that is in high demand and they had little stock left, which she explained. Within the hour my medication was filled and Lauren gave it to me herself. She seemed truly concerned about my needs and did what she could to help me and make the situation right. So, is this pharmacy good? Not really. But a few employees really shine and deserve better."
