"I have not had pharmacy staff be so super helpful as Tamara and Jasmine since the early 1990’s! At CVS at Target 6000 Sawmill Rd in Columbus Ohio, Tamara once called me back when my chemo brain got confused about how my new plan worked (I’ve had 3 plans in the last 6 months). She was getting ready to close and I didn’t want to keep her over her work hours. She helped the customers standing in front of her and called me back after the pharmacy was closed w/o me asking and we figured it out. I’m on lots of meds and we were trying to figure out 30 vs 90 day fills to save me money. Part of it was having manufacturers discounts in addition to my insurance. Today, she helped me figure out options when my doctor wrote for a compound that my insurance wouldn’t cover. Tamara is so refreshing in this hurry up and finish culture! Thanks for being more customer friendly than other cvs locations I’ve worked with. Way better than Walgreens for sure!! All my scripts will be at this location from now on! Thanks, Tamara & Jasmine for being so patient and helpful!"
