"I went to the pharmacy today and saw an older patient waiting to pick up his prescription. The garage type door was drawn and it looked like the pharmacy was closed for business! Not consumer friendly at all! There is no sign stating the hours of operation, which leaves the patient at a total loss! It is not patient friendly or efficient to have the whole operation closed! What happened to being patient friendly? This is very inconsiderate to your patrons!!! Please give this some new consideration."

"This has to be the worst pharmacy around to get a prescription filled. Our Dr called in a prescription 3 hours ago and I go in to pick it up and they said it would be 20 to 25 min. I go back a hour later to pick it up and they said it will be 20 to 25 min again.this has happened to me 2 different times now. I don’t recommend this pharmacy at all."

"WORST PHARMACY EXPERIENCE EVER! I made a appointment to get a flu shot and recently changed my name and had so many issues getting them to add the insurance and for them to put it in the system..turns out it was the employees error. I was waiting for an entire hour to get my shot. Staff was very rude and not customer oriented."

"I have been using Walgreens pharmacy on Wilmington Pike for 25+ years and lately the service is terrible. It just seems to be a mess. They can’t find prescriptions because there are bins and bins of them. They are supposed to be alpha order but they still look and look.I went in at 7pm and a tech looked for 10 minutes for someone’s RX while they were sitting in the drive thru. The tech helping me couldn’t find my RX either, she looked in a couple places before she found it. Now prescription are being fill offsite and come in just throw all together. I got a notice that a prescription was ready once and I went in a few hours later and they had to go thru bins and bins before finding it. I waited in line at the drive thru recently for 15 minutes because the car in front of me wasn’t leaving. Finally went inside and they were filling her RX and having problems with the insurance while she waited outside in the drive thru. I thought the drive thru was for dropping off or picking up, not waiting! This Walgreens on Wilmington is just a mess anymore. I think I will be changing pharmacies."

"This Walgreens, Bellbrook facility was one disappointing experience! The employees were inconsiderate, not professional, and even argumentative. This place was dirty and uncomfortable. Pictures are the customer waiting area! And no privacy for customers personal information they want you to verbally give them! you can see the open, no consideration of privacy in this area! The ground in dirt surrounding where they place a chair for seating was just gross. This is a pharmacy! Not to mention I was there over 25 minutes, only two other customers in that time and still did not receive what I requested. I highly not recommend this place."
