"I can’t thank everyone at Olentangy Premier enough for the care they given my dog. My dog Max has been going to Olentangy Premier for awhile and Dr.Caudy and her staff are fabulous!! They do a great job communicating and are attentive with my dog and his needs. They have gone above and beyond most recently, as he hasn’t been feeling well, giving him care, love, and communicating not only verbally but through emails. I can’t thank them enough for giving my dog the proper care and support that is needed."

"We have sent our big furry puppy every now and then to Olentangy Premier Pet Care for daycare. Staff is professional and courteous. The place is clean. There is an indoor area and an outdoor section for dogs to play around. Our dog comes home tired because of playing so hard with doggy friends. The Pet Care requires a short evaluation (approx. 4 hours? as I recall) prior to sending our dog over. The valued daycare package is definitely worth it. Another positive note is that there are vets on the premise during business hours. We received a phone call one time because a tiny scratch on our dog's nose was noticed. Our puppy was able to be seen by the vet on site on the same day. That's comforting to a pet owner."

"The staff was very nice but the cost that was initially quoted ended up doubling by the end of the visit. The quote provided to have my car neutered tripled after I had scheduled with them. They said they would use it as a training opportunity in the future over trying to do anything about it. The only reason I went to them is because of the quote I was given and the quick availability. I will never go back. I'll stick to my Sunbury vet. It's a family owned clinic with much lower costs and the same availability."

"I used to love bringing my cats here until they stopped putting in any effort to communicate or get back to us about anything in a professional manner. They love to have any excuse to keep your pet for boarding to charge you extra money. They try to charge different , higher prices for the exact same treatment every time. We’ve been coming here trying to find a solution for our pets health issues since February and they honestly have yet to find a solution to help her that isn’t just boarding or telling us to come back in a couple weeks. We’ve spent hundreds of dollars here just for our cat to be just as sick as the day we brought her in 8 months ago."
