"One of my experiences was a five-star but the other was a three-star so I gave a four. I had called to check to see if they had a product and the clerk was very helpful. I then went to pick up the product but was disappointed to find out that there wasn't a satisfaction guarantee like some of their competitors. The product didn't work but I'm feeling stuck with it. Just last week when I visited there again there were several sales clerks standing at the registers but not one of them asked me if they could help me find something. However, when I later asked for help two different times they were more than accommodating which in my eyes was redeeming. Lastly, I do not like giving out my email but the only way you can get their discounts is by doing so. Even if the product is on sale you pay the full price if you don't give your email."
"Got our sweet new hamster here! We love them! This store carries female hamsters, so if you go there, you can only find females. They have friendly staff who were so nice and helpful. (Photo disclaimer: I'm an expert. Be careful with introducing a hamster to a dog, and hamsters shouldn't play together because they might fight and can kill each other.)"
"Thoroughly impressed! Ordered delivery and it arrived in two hours! They included a thank you card too which really makes a difference! Love the convenience of ordering delivery having a newborn at home. Will definitely use them again soon!"
