"If you are looking for a top-notch pharmacy in Delaware, Ohio, look no further! I cannot express what an excellent experience I had with both the pharmacy technician and lead pharmacist. There were complications with a prescription that were resolved quickly and professionally by lead pharmacist, Avery Meadows and pharmacy technician, Susan. Both were helpful through the whole process and worked to provide me exactly what was needed. It is refreshing to have such a positive experience especially when the sign on the drive-thru read, “closed due to staffing”. While it’s less convenient to go inside, know that you’re being helped by a pharmacy staff that is making up for the inconvenience in kindness and professionalism."
"Had horrible time with this location. Staff was friendly but things were never on time or dates and refills were wrong. Actually showed they filled one of my meds in July but I never knew it was ready nor did I receive it and could not refill since they showed it was already done."
