"They messed upy son's s medication twice. The first time the pharmacist thought it was hilarious and laughed the second time I did not get an I'm sorry or anything. They are controlled substances."

"Seems to be hit or miss at Walmart Pharmacy. I think it maybe more of good day bad day. Pharmacist job is specialized and critical responsibility to fill our Rx correctly and also be aware of a patients personal risks( like allergies etc.) as well as fill your Rx in a timely manner. And they have a lot of laws and policies to follow. So even though sometimes I too can get irritated when my Rx order isn’t to my complete satisfaction, I do consider what their day has been like behind the counter. It’s a stressful and specialized job with many responsibilities. So yes I get frustrated sometimes cuz I am only human. But so are they!!! Thank you Walmart Pharmacists and Rx Techs for serving our community."

"Trying to get a Rx filled on a Sun. My friend had just been released from the hospital after knee replacement and I was getting a script filled for oxycontin. They have a new policy that they need to get the drs. approval to get it filled. All they have is his office number. NO drs. office is open on SUNDAY!!! They would NOT fill the Rx. I returned Mon. morn and they could not reach the dr. and needed to leave a message. No way of knowing when that would be. Finally went to Krogers where there was no issue on reaching the dr. Had the Rx filled immediately!! Can Walmart give an explanation why they have this policy when other pharmacies do not??!!"

"I have found the pharmacists and techs to be friendly and very helpful. They seem to know many of their customers by name. I've noticed this while I sit and wait for my prescriptions. There are so many pharmacies around here to choose from, but because of the pricing and the patience of the staff I always choose this pharmacy."
