"On 2/14/24 our 8 year old dog got very sick suddenly and our normal vet could not see him. I did a quick search for urgent care vets and Community came up. I immediately called and they told me to bring him right in. The staff went above and beyond to help Tashi and myself. Dr. Current was kind, compassionate and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Kay at the front desk kept me from completely falling apart. Words cannot adequately express how grateful we are for Community Veteraniary Clinic"

"Wonderful staff. Very caring. Got my best friend's baby girl in immediately without ever having seen her. Unlike her vet of 11 and a half years Oak View. When the final day came just incredibly incredibly caring."

"Dr. Current and his staff are very kind and compassionate. I lost my 2 best friends (Lexi and Logan) within 7 mos of each other and the kindness they show means so much. Aside from that, I also appreciate the time they take to answer any questions over the phone and that I always know how much each service or medication is before being charged and if I can only afford what’s absolutely necessary I don’t feel judged. Thank you for everything Dr. Current and staff."

"We've worked with Dr. Current and Dr. Hurley and have thoroughly enjoyed both! They both have a love for animals, and our dogs can tell and are always put at ease by them. It is terrific that our animals don't panic when they realize we are headed to the veterinary office. The only reason I have deducted a star from the rating is the continuous push for drugs. I do realize that medication is a great profit center for veterinary clinics. However, I have put in the time and done the research to know what I am and am not comfortable giving to my dogs, given their breed and their genetics. I had one of the employees insinuate that I have made decisions for my animals from a position of ignorance. I can assure that I have thoroughly researched and weighed the risks and benefits of all treatment options and am making the choices that I believe are the best fit for each animal, given their genetic history and first-hand experience and knowledge from those who breed these animals. It is okay to ask the clients more questions before assuming that we are just "uneducated" pet owners. Increasingly, people are doing their own research and are able to be assets and allies in their pet's health care, WITH the veterinary staff. The pushing and borderline bullying is icky."

"The people in the clinic are the best of the best. Our dog died suddenly this week and they treated us like family. They cremated Buster and put him in a beautiful box with a gold plate with his name on it. Then two days later they sent us a sympathy card with his paw print and a flower seed pad to plant and grow so we can have something to remember him forever. Thank you so much Dr Current and your whole staff!!!! You made losing out pet a little easier."
