"Food is usually pretty good. Make sure before you leave you have all your sauces, straws and that if you ordered something special; that it's how you want it before you leave. I have ordered an extra patty on burgers for my kids and it's 7 out of 10 times it was missing and had to go back."
"Stopped in last night and they had a young man working the counter. Typically the service at this location is spotty however this young man went out of his way to take care of the guests. He was extremely polite even offering to help guests carry food out to their car. This is the first time I have seen an employee at this location go out of their way to care for the guests."
"I choose McDonalds because it most often has the same quality, cleanliness and service for a quick break on trips or between adventures around lunch or dinner if necessary for a meal. Hence all my reviews for McDonald's locations, soon to be across the country! The Hartville McDonald's was perfect. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Quality service and food. No drink machine, but the staff was quick and attentive to get our waters. She was so kind, she even asked if we placed our order. Always use the app with tableside service. Really disappoints when our meal isn't brought to the table, but today they delivered. Chicken nuggets and my Big Mac was made perfect. Great stop between the park and headed to mini golf! Just before leaving the girl saw Kyle looking at Happy Meal toys and she kindly gave him a second after another little girl gave him hers before she left."
