"Got a veggie pizza and a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. The veggie pizza was undercooked on the top and lukewarm. The pepperoni pizza was cooked but had very little extra cheese as there was a very clear delineation between the original cheese that was on it and the extra cheese that was added and this is also an indication that the pizzas are premade, there was also very little pepperoni on it. Adding pepperoni and extra cheese brought the pizza from $12.30 to nearly $18 which is a nearly 50% increase in price, and I'd say that there was an extra 1/3 to 1/2 cup of cheese on the pizza and maybe 20 or so pepperonis. There are many other local pizza places that are not only much cheaper but are also a lot more consistent and tastier."

"It's OK to wait alitte for freshness. They said 25 min. I gave 25 and walked out with a dead, cold pizza. Not the first time. The food tastes good, but if I wanted to cook/reheat pizza I could get one out of my freezer. I believe the team there works hard and does their best. The pizza itself looked great, it just cooled down WAY to much. ***"

"Before I ordered a Philly Steak Sub I asked what it cost and was told $10.39. Thinking this was a lot to pay I asked to see the size of the roll it came on. The roll was large enough that I thought it would be possible to make two meals from the sandwich and decided to order one. I was then asked if I wanted it on a white or whole wheat roll. I said whole wheat and waited while it was being prepared. To my astonishment the sandwich I received was much smaller and not enough to make one satisfying meal let alone two. When I asked where the other half of my sub was I was told this was the normal size of the whole wheat sub. So I paid $10.39 for a sub that was at best two thirds the size of the the roll I was shown. Though tasty with onions green peppers and cheese there was very little steak and the sandwich left me wanting more….much more. I’ll be buying my subs elsewhere."

"Had a challenging experience with this Romeo's location. Ordered a half pound of wings extra well done. Usually there is five or six average sized wings in a half pound order, but today there were only four small ones. I called up to the location to ask about them and my question wasn't well received. When I asked for a manager, the person on the phone said that's to whom I was speaking. They were defensive when I spoke to them. When I said I usually get six for half a pound, they said sometimes happens, but today it's four. The four wings, when weighed at home, were only a little over four ounces. I know there's some loss during the cooking process, but they lost four ounces? Did they consider that the scale might be wrong? Or one or two wings were dropped on the floor?"
