"I came in with a friend to get dinner about a week ago and was given the absolute worst service I've ever received in my life. So bad, that I had words with our waitress. And, as a fellow waitress of 5+ years and as someone who, mind you, has never called out someone in my entire life, the level of disrespect I had to witness had to be warranted for my reaction. The server had been almost unbelievably unprofessional and had an attitude from the moment we were sat in their section. We heard two female servers complaining about being sat, we were interrupted in the middle of ordering our appetizers and weren't able to order everything we wanted because she walked away and then when asked if we were prepared to order, I prematurely ordered my entree before my friend asked for another minute to look through the menu. So, the waitress left and took it upon herself to order my entree knowing my friend hadn't ordered hers and that's where it alls started to really go downhill. The waitress then came back later to start ordering our entrees again, us not knowing she had already put in mine, and she walks away AGAIN mid order without asking what my friend would like. It was all honestly absurd. And from that moment, I couldn't hold back from giving a piece of my mind. The complete lack of effort, lack of professionalism, the excuses, the combativeness, the defensiveness was appalling to say the least. I've never witnessed someone care so little about their work place or the impression they're leaving on their customer. Thankfully, a kind gentlemen stepped in and took control of the situation and offered us a free meal for the inconvenience. He also agreed that the steps of service she was using was in fact NOT store policy or how she was trained as much as she would have liked to convince us otherwise. I do appreciate that server and wish him the best as he was very professional and took care of us after the mess. But, alas, I'm really not sure why someone of that caliber would be working at your establishment. She claimed she was a manager which I would assume was a lie and was sure to remind us she had a college education which I reminded her was irrelevant when this is the way she treats her customers. I surely wouldn't have had a job in my previous serving jobs if I acted that way and caused multiple tables to leave. So, I absolutely will never return, but would like to warn people of what service you may possibly receive regardless of how kind you are from the beginning."

"Me and my friends went in around 9:30 one night and got the worst service of our lives. Then I called this morning to make a complaint not trying to be a Karen or anything just trying to see what it was about and why our server was so rude, then as I’m trying to make my case she hangs up on me. I wish I could give this place a 0/5 WORST SERVICE EVERR!"

"Good quality Mexican food, the chimmichanga and fajita plates are good. The takeout always comes with chips and salsa, and they never forget anything that is a 'side' of the dish, even if it means an extra container."

"I had an excellent chicken fajita rice bowl, my husband really liked his shrimp fajita, service was great. Salsa and queso was very good. Excellent Grilled chicken Mexican Street tacos and Seafood Chimichanga Shrimp tacos. Extensive menu, excellent service, attentive wait staff"
