"Food is always delicious and so fresh. The Caprese is my go-to, but all of the soups are great. Their French dip and Reuben is also awesome. Friendly service, quick with food, and love the changing specials."
"We really love the food, but every time we’ve been here, service is mediocre at best. The employees seem so unhappy… They don’t smile, they have spats with each other right in front of customers, and they don’t pay attention… This last time we were given our food and I was ignored forever while standing there waiting to pay, so I just sat down with my husband and ate my meal… Walked up afterward and said I’d like to pay for my food now, and they were all very confused. Could’ve had a free meal… and honestly we deserved it. Plus the food is kind of pricey. Not saying we’ll never eat here again, but we’ll definitely not be dining in again."
"I’ve been eating at Franklin Square Deli for over 10 years. My uncle went here decades ago when he was in college and the food is just as good today! It’s a true deli and the portions are large. The food is delicious. We live out of town and always make a special trip to visit FSD on visits home."
