"I've been wanting to try this place out for well over a year now to see what all the hype was about. Well, the hype was right on the mark! Got 2 pulled pork sandwiches for me and the other half. Then, I went back and grabbed the smoked brisket sandwich for my daughter. Phenomenal! Perfection! Tasty! This sandwich reigned supreme over any other sandwich I have ever had! Very generous portion on a soft over sized bun with the perfect amount of sauce. It couldn't have been any better. Moist, with smoked flavor. I can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu. If you are hesitant to stop, may I highly suggest you do. The daughter said her beef brisket was the best she ever had as well and wouldn't even share a bite."

"Amazing! We got both ribs and brisket, both delicious. I preferred the brisket. For sides we got the pinto beans and potato salad. Again, both were delicious. I preferred the potato salad a bit more to the pinto beans, but the beans were great with bits of brisket in them. The banana pudding was some of the best I’ve had."

"We were visiting our kids in Ravenna and stopped in after our son said how good the food was. I ordered the brisket burger, and everyone else ordered brisket sandwiches. We also ordered the banana pudding, potato salad, and the mac and cheese. Oh man, the brisket burger was amazing, as was the banana pudding. I had to order a second pudding to go it was so good. The bbq sauce was some of the best I've had. Wish I could have brought some of that good food home to Utah with us. Service was super friendly and quick. You definitely need to stop by and be amazed."

"Tried their brisket flat cuts and spare ribs. Overall okay. Brisket was beautifully cooked, having bark and smoke ring. It was well seasoned. It tasted tender. Yet it was still not having enough moisture, so a bit on the dry side slightly. I saw the meat was well kept in the butcher paper with beef tallow/juice before the pit master took it out, so I had expected something better. I guess it's probably in the open fire for a bit too long, at least for the flat muscle. The ribs were fairly tender. The seasoning was great, creating a thin layer of crust with the glaze on top and the back. Though they were very juicy, the fats were a bit too much than my personal preference -- wish they were rendered for a bit longer. The place itself is a food truck, so no actual seating or service but only takeout."

"Absolutely mind-blowing! I’ve had the brisket sandwich, double cut pork chop, and smoked turkey sandwich, all incredible. Best meat there is at a really really great price. Plus the sides and desserts are really fresh and innovative. Just amazing food with friendly service and no frills. Joe’s is world class!!!"
