"I have an obsession with chipotle but sometimes certain locations don’t taste as good or as good quality this location always hits the spot even pick up or delivery gives a good amount of food always and the service is super nice everytime"
"I got my order today (2x white rice, black beans, steak, corn salsa, sour cream, and cheese) and came home to find only about 10 pieces of steak (after they attempted to charge me for double steak.) I tried to get past that as I work in the service industry myself and am not one to complain over anything but there was something obviously spoiled in the food making it awfully sickly sweet. There were rotten jalepenos spread throughout the salsa in my bowl. I’m appalled! Also did not give me my receipt and just walked away after ordering. Bad all around."
"Ok, changed my rating, why.. Every time I place a mobile order and ask for double rice. Why is there less rice then the normal portion? Did they not read the order or they just don't care. I'm not the only person they have done this to. Order your food from the Stow branch. It's perfect every time. At least the girl at the window was nice. That's why I at least gave it 2 stars"
"Extremely rude person at the register. This was 11/2/2023 at like 8pm. Guy didn't say a word to me, but whipped the receipt into my bag and walked away. Yikes, pleasant environment."
"I ordered a salad and got 7 pieces of lettuce. The bowl was not full like usual and it was supposed to be ready at 4pm and wasn't ready until after 4:15. My friend got a bowl and it was half full. Picture is when we opened them; nothing had been eaten yet. Mine tasted good, but my friend said the beans were hard. I love Chipotle, but this was awful."
