"It seems like this location tends to over cook the meat and cut it to small. The piecs tends to be hard pea size. I wouldn't have given it so poor a rating had this not been a consistent problem."
"The manager doesn’t know how to run this place. No other chipotle has been this terrible. Every visit, the manager marks with a sharpie and lets everyone else do the work. Even when one person is on the line doing everything, the manager just stands there. The portions are smaller than the other chipotles in neighboring cities too."
"This place has been hit or miss lately. Today my chicken bowl was full of burnt chicken and the rice was riddled with thick cilantro stems. The quality is really lacking and it's disappointing."
"I hate to do this but I really ruins the good service getting to the check out and they give you literally a half of teaspoon of vinaigrette. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue like when they started charging money at a different location. It’s literally just oil and spices…. Stop being stingy Chipotle company decision owners"
"The Stow location of Chipotle is overall an accessible location for individuals with disabilities! There are two handicap parking spots right in front. However one of the spots is shared with the store next door. There is a curb ramp for wheelchair accessibility right in front of the front entrance, which is pictured below. During lunch and dinner rushes, the Chipotle gets very loud, making it somewhat of a challenge to hear the employees while ordering. The employees are very understanding, using non-verbal gestures whenever necessary. This location also has a lower shelf of chips by the register, to help employees who are unable to reach the upper shelf. Overall, the employees are very patient and kind to all customers, therefore making this location very comfortable and accepting!"
