"I am giving 1 star specifically because of service. I walked in. Made eye contact with a young man. And proceeded to stand for the next 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me. No one ever came. I overheard 2 young women behind the machines, giggling and talking about what I assume was high school gossip. Another I saw on her phone, at one of the drive thru windows. Again, I waited 5 minutes before I left."

"i came here today and got an 8 piece nugget , was very excited and had never had a problem with this store . when i took the nuggets out of the bag there was some type of worm or something in the nuggets , i have never been more disgusted in my life , i completely wasted my money ."
"I'll be honest a lot of Burger Kings have discouraged me with their cold nasty food (consistently) as well as unprofessional, rude or bad service. Especially the one on Canton Rd. next to S.R.224/BP/Kings of Vapor (DESPITE complaints made to corporate); we actually stopped buying BK for a couple years following our last purchase prior to thi My wife and I decided to try this location today and I was pleased with the entire experience especially the food at least being somewhat hot and definitely not old and cold. A lot of places seem to struggle with their shake machines but I also give this place credit for the chocolate shake as it was not runny, it had not melted by the time I ate my meal, it didn't look vanilla (it was brown as it SHOULD be), and it tasted good. IMO you can never make a chocolate shake too strong/chocolately although but as always some people complain... ☆☆☆☆☆"
