"Great job guys.! Had my daughter run through the drive-thru because I'm home sick. You guys are so much better than any of the other Taco bells in the area. Everything was made with plenty of meat and toppings. Everything was yummy. Keep up the great work. People do appreciate it."
"This is the SLOWEST location I’ve ever dealt with. There is nothing fast about their service. I wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru at minimum every time I go. I’m almost always late coming back from lunch and I never even get a chance to eat my food. And we’re located a couple blocks away."
"This location is hit or miss. Generally, when I get lunch for work, I have good service, and good food(Taco Bell good, I mean). Sometimes though, when I go get food later on, something is just off about the staff, and the food is wrong/terrible, sometimes both. Depends on shift I guess."
"The taco bell on the Tallmadge Circle needs a little work on their customer service in the drive thru. The lady at the window was kinda rude and definitely acted as if she hated her job. If you don't like working with people, get a new one! Food was good! I had a bacon breakfast box, which I have never tried. Food was excellent!"
"I’m sitting in the drive-thru at 4:30 A.M. as I type this review. Google Maps and the Taco Bell app both have this location listed as being open until 5 A.M. and the open sign is on as well. However, upon pulling through the drive-thru all of the menu boards are turned off and the staff are refusing to respond to me. This was a complete waste of my time and my gas. I even tried calling before making the trip out here but the staff refused to pick up the phone. Do better."
