Romeo's Pizza

"The sauce has a weird taste and aftertaste. It really lacks any good flavor. The sauce has a way of upsetting your stomach. Overall I give it a 2 out of 10. I will not be back to this pizza chain. And the small variety of other choices leaves a lot to be desired."

"Although I do like their pizza - the staff "Accidentally" fail to follow instructions left on the order (DO NOT CUT THE PIE), more than half the time - even if we call them as well... In 20 orders - they messed up a dozen times. Their "1 lbs" wings are anemic - they have shrunken to about 10 wings for 16 bucks and seem to come breaded anymore (supply issues - your problem - don't make it mine)... I have NEVER not tipped (its shoved down your throat in the app or online - you need to tip for them to screw stuff up)... We will try them again in a few months - but the last two times found the same mistakes and breaded wings (oops - for your 10% takeout tip we are not required to READ)... Best of luck."

"I ordered at 6:25 PM today, Friday, the 17th of November from the Tallmadge location on Erie Street. They are less than 2 miles away from me. The order said it would be ready in an hour or less. I went to let my dogs out around 45 minutes after I ordered and found the food sitting on my side porch. I put no contact in the delivery instructions because I have three dogs and I didn’t want them to have to stand on the porch and deal with my three dogs barking… however they just left the food sitting on my porch without a knock or phone call that let me know that the food was even dropped off. I brought the food inside and it was cold. I called the store and informed the manager on duty about what had happened and they had said that the driver was instructed to leave the food on the side porch. I asked why they didn’t knock and just walk away to let me know that the food was there…. I was in the basement, the entire time doing carpentry and working on finishing my basement… How am I supposed to know if the food has arrived when there is no tracking information online available and the driver did not inform me that the food has been dropped off?? the manager had said that he had been in food service for over 10 years and wasn’t worried about his job when I informed him of how unprofessional he was being…. This was all over a simple knock to let me know the food was dropped off. No contact means the driver isn’t going to stand there and wait for me to open the door but that doesn’t mean he can’t simply knock and walk away so I know that the order is at least out there and it’s not getting cold. My partner and I have both worked in food service a combined of 15 years and have never met someone with this type of attitude. He offered to remake my food which I agreed to, but still never apologized for the entire ordeal and kept making excuses. Manager just had a terrible attitude. I have been someone who has loved Romeo’s for many years but I will definitely not be ordering from this Romeo’s location ever again…"

"I absolutely LOVE their pizza! The crust has a really good flavor and is always baked right. The sauce is sweet and has a rich tomato flavor which makes it taste authentic. When you order toppings, they give them and they're not stingy either. I love the garlic butter they offer to dip the crust in..lol They have a full menu of other items but I'm definitely addicted to the pizza! Staff is always nice and the prices are pretty standard. Definitely keeps me going back!"
