"Food is good but didn’t get half of our order. Raviolis and shells were delicious tho shells were cold but it being winter I’m not too surprised. Had ordered a custom calzone and lava zone. Shells and cheese, fried ravioli and bread bites. They refunded the lava zone since we didn’t get it but a person didn’t get a meal because of it. We had drove the extra 30 minutes to go to another location because we have had issues with the Akron location more than once. Won’t be trying it again. Stow which is 40 minutes away has been no problem but rarely end up nearby."
"Not the type of person to write reviews but Got wings and pizza and the wings were raw. Called the shop to tell them and get a refund for them. The manager told me there is no way the wings are raw they are double cooked. I told her well they are raw and i ate a bite of them. She didn’t believe me so i had to take them back up there to get a refund. When i got there she was very rude and didn’t say anything then she said it’s back on your card. Sorry about that….. would have expected better customer service since i was given raw meat."
"Message Margherita Pizza - crust was burnt which shows the oven was too hot, flavor not good and overall the pizza was too sweet. I don’t know where these pizzerias are getting their sauce, but most in area are too sweet and not Italian."
"How can someone say it’s generic cheap pizza…..this is not your Pizza Hut, papa John’s pizza. You can tell they put more into it than those places. Was very happy with the quality, and the price. If your in the area and want pizza definitely give it a try, I do not think you will be disappointed at all. The boneless wings were also pretty good."
