"It's not often I think of a food experience months after ordering. Had to write this review after ordering from this Pizza Hut. Ordered a hand tossed pizza and it arrived looking completely sad. Like it had sat under a heat lamp and was just neglected for hours. Pizza Hut asked me to review, and I did. I shared with them my bad experience. All I got from the manager (Greg) was an E-mail that stated he was aware that the pizza did not meet my expectations and they "take pride in delivering a quality product and will use the feedback to improve the experience for their customers." Looked like a canned response/copy paste job to unhappy customers. He also thanked me and looked forward to serving me again. I'll pass. The ball is in your court on proving to me that you actually want to deliver a quality product. I'm not spending more of my hard earned money on a guessing game."
"Be careful when ordering on the app. If they don't have something they will not call you and let you know that they are out and ask if you want something else or a refund. Food was also cold. Pizza was really cardboard like very disappointed"
"Stay away from franchise pizza shops. Pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard. Boneless wings only had a little bit of sauce on 1 side. Wing Container wasn't even covered but packaged in the big dinner box"
"As a Pizza Hut manager or store owner, one would think that pizza sitting around to long prior to pickup for delivery should not be served to a customer. Apparently this store manager thought 'Send it out. IF they complain, maybe we will offer an apology at that time because we are too big to fail'. From order to delivery was 1 and a half hours. the driver was at my home within minutes of him picking up the order. So you can't blame him. Very disappointed in the quality of pizza at this location. BARELY warm at best and crust is just soggy. My son said it tasted like day old. You really can't even call this pizza anymore. This isn't a one off. It has happened before to me and apparently to others by reading online reviews."
"Pretty good service and good food too! The food was incredibly fresh and tasted great. The staff here was also very helpful and patient to answer questions we had regarding our online order which was really appreciated. The service is always really fast teach time we eat here. I would recommend stopping by...."
