Panda Express

"My daughter and I had a daddy daughter date day before Christmas and we chose to come to Panda Express. The store was clean , and the order was taken promptly. We both got the orange chicken and rice. She got the bottle coke and I got a fountain drink. If I had to pick an improvement area is when you see someone is there to have a bottle opener at the ready. When asked to open 2 or 3 people were trying to find one."

"We have food from Panda Express almost every fortnight across locations from East Coast to mid West (NJ, PA, OH, IN, IL, IA, NE, KA) Evidently we like the taste, flavour & Service and it's convenient for us due to our frequent travel routine. We dined at this particular location and ordered two plates of Fried rice with two entrees. On opening the box and having the food, we realized, they have served us DRIED rice instead of FRIED rice. Every morsel of the rice poking our mouth. On informing the customer service representative, we were given the same rice in one entree box and we had no option but to trash it. There was hardly any Mushroom chicken & kumpao chicken in the vessel & they emptied it by giving it to us. We expected them to be genuine like other Panda Express branches do, by requesting us to wait while they make it fresh and give us. They were going to prepare more because they emptied it giving us, whatever little was sticking to the vessel. The only thing that was good enough in terms of taste & quantity was the Teriyaki chicken. Highly disappointing experience at this particular Panda Express."

"Waited over 30 minutes for my food. I tried to be kind and patient, but at first they said they were waiting on rice. Then when they had the rice I went up and asked about my order…then they were waiting on orange chicken??? Finally a women said she was working on my order just to stop and start randomly walking around without speaking to us. It was annoying to have to keep asking for updates because the employees weren’t clear. i made SURE to be kind and say thank you, but over it was 30 minutes PAST the due time. The had over an hour from the order was placed till we actually got our food. They also weren’t busy at all- only maybe 4 ppl came in and ordered while we were there. Plus the screen only showed a couple orders all in the half hour. I would be more understanding if they were slammed. The service was extremely lacking. There were almost 10 people working (looked like at least 2 managers), but no one could help us? I hope they are able to fix any issues and work better as a team because I love their food."

"We did door dash twice with this location the first time the food was really good. And the rice was hard. I thought maybe it was maybe the time of getting the food. Now we ordered a second time and the rice was so hard and old the portions of the chicken was horrible sucks when we spend 50 bucks each time and food is not good at all."

"1st time visitor had Lunch date with my kid. Don’t ask for sample; Before you purchase your food. Even though they have toothpicks to offer it. You will get a dirty look from Little old lady. She was mad rolled her eyes. Didn’t bother me I laughed it off. My sons orange chicken and rice was delicious. I ordered teriyaki chicken young man was cooking. He was making it fresh when I walked in. Felt like my chicken meat wasn’t seasoned at all. so when I put the packet of sauce on it made it worst. The interior decor was clean and modern. Maybe I’ll just try something else next time. My kid enjoyed it so thanks."
