"This is a small place in an older area of Akron. Don't let any of this detour you from enjoying a great dinner! The food was very flavorful! They do a great job of making a fresh authentic latin meal for you! The servers, the owners they were all very professional. The store attached is amazing as well with Mexican foods and staples for purchase. The meats and the baked goods are also very good. I was really caught off guard by this place. I would tell anyone wanting to go out for Mexican to stop at La Loma! You will be pleased with your choice!"
"Words cannot describe the deliciousness of this place. My go to is “El Pastor” tacos. 32/10, next go to is obviously the Barria Tacos. Even the salsa and chips they bring out before your meal is AMAZING. They are very inviting and there is even a bakery next door."
"I wanted to LOVE this! Reviews are good. I just thought it was a bit over average. My enchiladas were dry on the inside and I asked for more sauce which there was just some on the edge, not actually on it and I was charged for it!! I think that is just bad business. Refills only came at the for water and soda after I asked and we were near done. The salsa however is excellent! Don’t get me wrong, it’s good, just not a knock your socks off like many reviews say. The presentation is nice. Attached to the building is a very nice authentic grocery store, so this would make for a fun destination!! For sure worth a try and they offer large portions. Brought home enough for another meal."
