"For the price I paid I expected my food to taste a lot better. I ordered a Half grilled cheese and broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was fine no issue, but the grilled cheese was horrible. It was not fresh and appeared to have been old just warmed up and served. I couldn’t even finish eating it because it did not taste edible. How do you mess up a grilled cheese sandwich? I should have left when I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and it looked disgusting. I have never been to a Panera bread where the bathroom and lounge area was not clean. This was my first and last time going to this location."

"Overpriced and forgot items in order. Not friendly. There is no button to order cheese with the tomato soup when you use the kiosks. I asked for cheese under special instructions. When I went to pick up my order, I asked again for cheese and was told I would have to go back and pay for it. They also forgot my coffee and did not toast the bagel. I waited 20 minutes in line (long enough that I actually timed it) for my coffee cup and to reorder the cheese. They charged me $1.20 for the cheese. Panera used to not charge for this. No kindness shown and the little bit of cheese they did give was given without a word. I checked the kiosk again to make sure I didn't miss this button that they said was there. There is nothing under customize. Instead of talking to customers like a child, maybe add a button."
"This is by far my most favorite Panera location and even though the staff may be young on weekends and weekday evenings they are always helpful and accommodating. This location is fairly busy and but the iced coffee and food is always fresh and delicious."
"Terrible experience. Waited 5 minutes at the counter and then another 25 to get my food. Ordered a super simple sandwich - turkey bacon bravo without tomato and sub the bread for pepper focaccia. Got it to go and I get home and the sandwich is MISSING the turkey and only has ONE piece of turkey. It's a joke that all that I got was cheese and lettuce. Yummy. Figure it out - it's not rocket science to make a sandwich with 4 ingredients, or change the name of it to the lettuce and cheese bravo"
