"I ordered breakfast online and got there at 10:50 a.m. by the time I got to the window it was 11:05 and the what looked like 12-year-old manager told me since it was after 11:00 I couldn't get breakfast anymore and then I asked to talk to the manager which also happened to be the same 12-year-old looking kid so I decided to chalk my loss but then notice they forgot One of the two items I was actually able to get so I pulled around parked went in and talked to whoever the lady higher than the manager was and she informed me that I should have got my food because I ordered it before 11:00 and scolded to every old looking manager and gave me a couple free sandwiches vouchers but nevertheless I still hate this location more than life itself and only go there if I absolutely have to because it has terrible service"

"When you drive home to find your order is WRONG. You have to bring the food back. Now it is cold. You ask over the phone for fresh food. When you arrive. "We can only give you a fresh sandwich because that is the item that was messed up." Thanks for letting me have the old sandwich, cold fries and the recently trashed Akron rubber nuggets."
