McDonald's

"There is a reason the individuals working at this McDonald's probably have no friends. they are unfriendly, lazy and have no understanding of what customer service is. this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. after giving me a coffee, and it spilling on my girlfriend's lap, due to apsoutely no effort to put the lid on correctly by the drive-thru employee.The employee,then handed me a baggie of creamers and sugars,again no effort is needed in that as to push a button and add it....after all that, keep in mind there was one other car in line this whole time .we ordered cookies and coffee, we are then told to pull around where we sat for 15 minutes, apparently waiting on them to figure out which button to push to heat the microwave for our cookies. Finally ,on top of not being able to take extra effort to put a pie in the oven for 2 minutes, they only put in one of my pies, then threw in a cold apple pie probably thinking I wouldn't stop and say anything .. if they're making minimum wage at this joint,listen to me.. $10 is too much.they are over payed here."

"Always have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to get my food inside. Every time it's a male with a pony tail manager that only focus on drive thru. What a joke"

"Sometimes their friendly. Sometimes they are not lol. They mess up kinda often, but this one is the closest to my home. In the pictures, these sandwichese are not what I ordered. But I contacted the headquarters & they'll fixed it.. they looked good tho lol"

"It took forever to get my food, and the fries were actually cold by the time I got to my truck. Plus the prices have gone up and the sandwiches have gotten way smaller... The self check-out is a joke. It seems to slow the ordering process down. As well as a loss of personal contact with the customer base by using these systems."

"This is my first review ever. I had to write this. Your staff is just awful, absolutely terrible. Missing food items has become ridiculous. The first two times I went back up and received missing order. The third time called and got compensated via mail. The fourth time I threw your food away and went to Wendys. That will be the last time. I know I'm just a single person that doesn't matter. However I assure you I'm not. I run a company that orders large corporate orders multiple times a week for lunch. That's done. No more. I've had it. I will go elsewhere. Your managers seem to not care. So I will also go to corporate and explain the situation of this McDonald's. It's absolutely absurd to forget multiple things four times. That's not the business account. This is my small family account. Three people. I will issue an inter office mail tomorrow banning this location from being ordered from during company time. Have a nice day."
