"If I had the option for zero I would've selected that instead....I drive a big rig that is 13-6 in height and they would not take my order even though you see my Rig in your lott....customer service is out the window at this location and respect for us truckers shows that we are not welcome here....I'll find something else no problem"
"They don't honor Rally's tv deals. Tried ordering through the drive through and made several attempts to hear what the girl was saying as she mumbled through the order, got home to eat and the order was completely wrong. Not sure what sandwich I ate but it was ok."
"I literally just came from rally’s 30 mins ago and decided to eat my fudge chocolate cheesecake sundae. I got to the bottom of cup thinking I had a big clump of fudge at the bottom, no it was a dirty penny in my ice cream. DO NOT EVER EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!"
"I had to wait over 2 hours just to get my food. To the point where they had me pull to the side and told me they would bring it to me. While others were going through the drive through getting there food. And I was just 1 person with one order. All because allegedly they were short staff. But the one staff person kept coming outside. Just to physically show herself instead of being on the inside working."
