"This was our first time visiting Hanini Subs and I must say that the service was amazing, the food amazing, very generous portions at a great price would definitely recommend!"
"Ordered through delivery $50 worth of food directly from haninis website. First red flag was they don’t give u ANY tracking information. Just an estimated time. My time was 647. At 730 I called for the status of my order. They said delivery driver stated he handed someone the order. I was the ONLY person home at the time so I know that’s a lie. I asked him to describe me or my house and he couldn’t. They told me to call back the next day for the owner. The next morning, I see my food scattered at my NEIGHBORS HOUSE outside. Not only did they lie about hand delivering it like the instructions said, but they left it at the wrong house. Called the owner the next day and RUDE is an understatement. He called me every name in the book, said I’m lying, etc. it’s HANINIS. They act like it’s a 5 star restaurant. What reason do I need to lie and get free food for ??? I was then told that he was going to call the cops on me because I want my money back for a terrible delivery job that THEIR personal delivery driver did. They said “it’s always black ppl who want a discount” I don’t want a discount. I want my money back or my food !!!!!!! This Location is so money hungry and doesn’t care about their customers at all. I took a chance and ordered from them even though the quality of their food isn’t the best and I didn’t wanna drive to Britain rd but NEVER AGAIN. I will gladly drive the extra miles to get to Britain rd Haninis."
"Unmatched level of quality. Pride in their work. I watched them interact with each customer to make them feel happy. Great food made with precision and care. Large hot portions. It's worth traveling a considerable distance to eat here. I can't praise these guys enough. It's hard to find people who try this hard at work and life anymore. In one word, Excellent!"
"Brown St is the best HANINI’s hands down. They got the best food hands down. You get a bang for your buck. They got this sauce called sweeties dipping sauce and it’s bomb. They only sell it In bottles. I had it on my loaded fries, I dipped my chicken and Jo Jo’s in it . Grab a bottle you won’t be disappointed"
