"I work around there and used to get lunch but that place is just awful, they mess up your order then blame it on you and call you a liar. They make up their own prices for sauces one day it’s 40 cents the next it’s 25, they always give you unsweetened tea instead of sweetened and they rarely ever let you use your coupon and if they do best believe they are gonna make you regret it. They always act like you are bothering them when they literally work there this place just sucks drive the extra 10 to get to Norton."

"It's a shame because I used to work for Rubber City Arches ( not this location, thank God) and let me tellnyou the store might be clean but the staff is clueless on what to do and not very efficient in taking an order. Also they direct you to use the self check out menu ( which is the most annoying and hated ) I don't like using it and it's annoying and stupid and senseless. And I used to work in back making sandwiches and let me tell you some of them guys they got back there now are slow and inefficient, They prefer to talk over working and are sloppy in putting the food together. The food is sloppy and rushed, excessive amounts of mayo and condiments on the sandwich. Will be eating here much less and less"

"I just came thru their drive thru and placed my order after repeating the order twice to the cashier. When i pulled to window and received my order half of the order wasn't in bag. (Order was for 2 sandwiches) so i they explained i had only been charged for one. I then explained that 2 were ordered and if i hadn't been charged i would gladly pay for it. I was told to either pull around the building and wait in line again or come inside because that window cashier wasnt willing to correct the issue. I as a consumer was in a hurry (hence why i stopped at a drive thru) So i ended up just leaving. This store needs coaching on correct use of customer service skills and to focus when customers are placing orders. I would not tecommend this place to anyone moving forward"

"It is sad that the black workers hate black people. Kayla and the other guy with Afro. We watched them allow some whites inside after telling us that the lobby was closed. They made us go twice. The guy with the Afro refused to give us our large coke. Kayla was having an attitude and being rude. No apologies. We literally had to drive through the drive thru twice to get what we wanted. I was very hungry . It’s sad. As a visitor to Akron, it was a sad experience. No apologies. Nothing. The minute they saw we were blacks their faces changed. I was confused and had to ask them if they have met us before. But no. I always eat at McDonald’s in any state I travel to, this has been the worse. For us to get our second large coke, they refused. This is the craziest experience. The guy with the Afro didn’t want us to be served. I still don’t understand why. We could watch the commotion inside between them to serve us while we sat in the drive through. Finally, another guy came to give us our drink. They refused to call their manager. I don’t know if it was our accent that was their problem. Direct discrimination. It’s sad. Our accent or not we should be served as paying customers. McDonald’s has always been my favorite places anywhere I land. But this has been the worse and craziest experience. You could see how they served the white people before us. But as soon as it was us, it was a problem. If you are a black person be careful going to this McDonald’s, especially if you don’t have an American accent. The workers are young but have bad discriminatory attitude. Which is against the rules of customer service."
