"Fries were cold and gross, burger was dry and hard to chew, and both the chocolate ice cream and peanut butter sauce on my peanut butter sundae seemed to have gone bad. Tried both separately to find the issue, surprise it's by ith. Even my husband agreed and said I shouldn't eat it. So now I'm stuck cooking something which I was to exhausted to do in the first place leading to the decision to get Dairy Queen. I will definitely think twice before going back to this Dairy Queen location."
"We don't usually go to this DQ location and never will again. My wife, and i took a chance and stopped here tonight because they had some good coupons that we got in the mail yesterday, problem is we try to use them at our location and the girl at the register didn't have a clue to what she was doing, and wouldn't get the manager. She said we can't use the coupons there which were their own coupons. It don't make any sense so we got upset, and left and went to Burger King. Atleast they honor their own coupons. Will not be going back to this location other than doordashing. Don't try to take their own coupons there. Apparently they don't/won't honor their own coupons. Ridiculous!"
"Food was literally too hot to even eat, which is how it should be. Cheese curds were cooked perfectly, and the homemade Hidden Valley Ranch is always a pleasure. No dessert this trip, but I don't think I've ever had bad eats, or treats when visiting a DQ!"
"Very messy place, probably the worst kept Dairy Queen that I have ever seen. "The DQ Fans Relation Team" does not care whatsoever. Did you see the photo of the girl sitting on the table they serve food on? That's disgusting, yet they say, "Sorry to hear about that, I hope you give us another chance." HOW IS SHE NOT FIRED YET?"
"I’m sitting in the drive through no one answered the speaker and the girl that is working the window is actively ignoring me. I’m at the window now and she’s just going about as if I’m not here. It’s been about 15 minutes and I know they heard the buzzer and they see the drive thru time going up yet no one seems to be working. If I blow my horn they will see that as disrespect and come at me nasty. Is there even a manager on duty here."
