"I was surprised it was empty when I got there, but it started to fill up quickly, excellent food and they are fast always fresh"

"I came a little after 10pm and the lady working was screaming at me as I was walking in, told me they were closed on the inside when the sign outside says they close at 11pm and all the other ones around are open until 11pm. The people working this location are rude and don’t care about customer service . They then said I had to order online so I did my food is missing sour cream and has little to no steak and the pieces are very tiny"

"I watched the guy serve the girl in front of me so much he could barely put the lid on her bowl. Then he rushed through my order and didn't give me everything I asked for. There is only maybe 7 strips of steak in a half steak half chicken bowl. Don't recommend going here."

"Beware of last shift of the day it’s the dude with glasses he is very rude and disrespectful ,I’ll come this place must every Saturday sometimes even Sundays so my order is always between 5-7 people, I asked for side tortillas for all the bowls that I order and they always forget which is not a big deal so I asked the cashier guy with the glasses hey sir can you pls give me 5 tortillas on the side? he said I have to charge you for all so I said ok no problem, so I just want to ask what about if you get burrito instead of bowl do they charged for tortillas too ? then he flip start saying like I know it don’t make any sense but that’s why we still charge customers anyways ,I was like ok .don’t make sense either but I guess, then he start walking away mumbling something could’ve heard anything he said so again for the second time I asked may I please have 5 Tabasco sauce on the side? that’s when he grabbed 5 small plastic container and threw it right on my bag, guess what happened ? 2 of the container spilled on the bag so I just walked out I didn’t want any problem I’m not that type guy to get with someone confrontation or arguing with anyone so best way is to leave negative review so customers and chipotle corp can see it and handle it . like it suppose to so today is Saturday 11-18-2023 the day it happened last shift around 9 ish pm. So I am done with this place I don’t need to spend my money to some business being rude and disrespectful , and threw my sauce on my bag and spilled all over disgusting behavior …. Good luck to y’all…."

"My husband have eaten at this location on and off since they opened. Overall, except for on one occasion, not long after they opened, the food has been fresh, hot, and delicious. I have no complaints. They are always friendly as well, and we appreciate that."
