"This chipotle is the most hit or miss I’ve ever seen. I’ve lived in Akron for 2 years and it is never consistent. You can go and get the best food with the best quantity and best service, or you get what happened tonight. They were out of brown rice, sour cream, pinto beans, almost every meat, corn salsa, and chips. I went to use my freepotle chips because the freepotle was finally a good option and the one night I go, half the products aren’t available. I was also charged 15 dollars for a barbacoa bowl with a side tortilla and my lid said “B2” on it. I did not ask for double meat, so I believe I was wrongfully charged for double meat unless prices are not consistent with the menu in the store. I don’t like complaining but tonight was ridiculous."
"Honestly never getting food from here again people can’t even follow the most simple instructions when you don’t ask for sour cream but they still put it on you can’t read a simple order I guess that’s why you working at chipotle. It’s not even a normal amount of sour cream either it’s 1/2 a bottle of sour cream….. I recommend nothing"
"Poor experience, they had enough time to print a paper about how they were out of chips and post it but didn’t have enough time to clean the chips and Corn off the dinning room floor. They were out of corn and steak aswell which is a bummer but who cares. My main problem was the protein was pretty much nothing but fat, my tortilla was kinda hard to tear and it was rolled horribly. I’m not here to make petty complaints I just want my payed for food done right!! Whoever owns this store needs to get rid of everyone, clean it and get some folks who care about their job. I just knew it was gonna be a bad experience from the moment I walked in."

"Very good service. The chicken bowl was nicely prepared. We also took a chicken burrito which was great too. Overall, this is one of the best Chipotle outlets."
