"I paid $1.50 more going in the restaurant than I would have online just because I ordered sour cream and green salsa on the side. This is normally free as I just didn’t want it on my bowl to make my bowl soggy. But when I added online, there’s no extra cost."
"Tonight I went to get food here. A bowl. I had no beans or rice. Asked for double meat and they barely gave any meat. All they say is sorry. I usually come to them and have no problems. But they were very offensive and would not help me. I paid extra for double meat but got the equivalent of a single portion."
"This is the best Chipotle that I have been to and it most certainly has the BEST employees. First off, the food is good here. It's Chipotle. But most importantly, the employees here are the best. Always friendly. Always kind. Always pleasant. Always working hard. Work to get everyone thru the line fast. They keep the place amazingly clean. For the regulars, they know your order as soon as you walk up (I mean who can remember all that?! They see a huge number of customers. And to recognize ppl thru masks?!). Stop here. You won't be disappointed."
"This has to be the absolute worst meal I’ve ever had anywhere in my life. I will start by saying I’ve come here plenty of times before without any issue. And I hate to hold one bad experience against them but how they can serve this kind of food is just beyond me. The garlic gaujillo steak was even beyond edible. It was black all around and literally hard as a rock. One I finally broke open a piece it was dried out completely through. How do your employees not realize this when serving this food? I only wish I had opened the order before going home so I could show a manager. I’m so disgusted over it I may never go back to any Chipotle ever again. Zero appetite for it now after being served this garbage."
"Ordered online and got half chicken half steak with extra cheese and received a bowl with quite literally 5-6 pieces of meat and almost no cheese at all. The prices of food and delivery is outrageous and this is what I got? You pay for a good and service and you don’t get what you paid for. To me they stole money from me because a bowl of rice and corn isn’t the meal I paid for. 10/10 don’t recommend"
