"Only 2 staff during rush lunch. For whatever reason they give the option to pickup and they bring it to your car. That will not happen. Management only scheduled 2 ppl so it would be impossible for them to meet expectations. I imagine the owner will respond with a generic response or not at all because it about bottom line, not customer experience."
"This line for your drive-thru that door Dashers have to wait in at night to get their doordash pick up orders takes an impossibly long time you would think there's actually no one working in the building at night that's how slow this line is. You're wasting everyone's time and losing me money every night do better"
"I didn't even want to enter the establishment due to all three worker's were sitting in plan view apparently taking a break.... that's fine, but when is it EVER acceptable to smoke indoors and while in uniform AND, INSIDE the restaurant......IN PLAIN VIEW FOR ALL TO SEE......:("
"Lazy Drive thru Window workers. They took so long that a customer fell asleep while waiting in line and when it was finally my turn to get the door dash order nobody awnsered I waited 30 minutes Untill I pulled off."
"This Subway is a 24 hour. The sound seems very unhappy they claim to being overworked and underpaid. While I was there there were two people standing in line for a long time. They soon took a seat and eventually left altogether! I promised the girl I would give them a good review because she was the only one working although there were three people there! I have an image of her alone. She didn't have a great attitude but she had a pretty good work ethic. They have a drive-thru window here and apparently they ignore it from time to time because someone came in and complained about not being helped at all at the drive-thru window and seeing someone inside looking at them and ignoring them! That is unacceptable people would have been fired if I were in charge here."
