"We had dinner at DeJuan's and the food and atmosphere were both great. The service was also excellent! (1) We ordered side salads. We both didn't care for the Strawberry Vinaigrette...so we were offered alternative dressings. I had the Cesar dressing and it was really good. (2) Crab Cakes: I would give the crab cakes a 4.5/5. I prefer a crab cake with more crab...but the taste was good as well as the sauce. (3) Truffle Fries: The Truffle Fries were excellent! I highly recommend them. (4) Calamari: The batter on the Calamari and the sauces were REALLY good. However, the Calamari wasn't fresh, so it was very rubbery and hard to chew. Unfortunately I had to send it back, but they worked with me on a replacement which I appreciated and why I still gave them 5 stars. (5) Lamb Chops: The lamb chop was excellent! It was very juicy and tender. (6) The bread may have been my favorite of everything. It was fresh and warm and the homemade oil was amazing!!"

"I had such an amazing experience at DeJuan’s. I came to celebrate my birthday and it was such an amazing. From the valet, the bar and my party table the service was top tier. Valet was quick and easy and the valet man had service with a smile in the cold. My drinks came out great at the bar and our bartender was very friendly and welcoming. When we got to my party table our server was very nice and informative. He also accommodated my guest with allergies and even offered substitutions that were available for him. The food was so flavorful and plated beautifully. My guests had a great time and we will definitely be back again. Thank you again for offering such a great experience to the people of Akron."

"My husband and I visited DeJuan’s on 1/20/2024 and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. When we got there we were immediately and pleasantly greeted by the hostess. We were asked if we wanted to check our coats but we decided not to, however, it was a really nice touch. I requested a booth in which the hostess obliged. When we sat down our waiter, Diamond, greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. We ordered drinks and the wings as an appetizer. The wings were fried to perfection and had a sweet and spicy flavor. I ordered the shrimp scampi and my husband ordered the turkey burger with fries and broccolini. The turkey burger was juicy and flavorful, the fries were the epitome of “melt in your mouth”. The shrimp scampi was also very good! Everything was superb!!! My only gripe is that the entrees did not come out together and the prices were a little elevated; however, the experience was very pleasant. Every single person who worked there greeted us with a smile and asked up how we were doing, I can’t get enough of how well we were treated! If you’re in the downtown Akron, make sure you visit this establishment; you won’t be disappointed."

"Absolutely INCREDIBLE food and service! Every single thing we tasted was 10/10. The calamari and chicken marsala were especially delicious. Our coats were checked for us, food was boxed for us, and every person we interacted with was kind and helpful. We are so excited to go back!"

"This was my first time visiting DeJuan's, and I was honestly amazed. The five star service from the very accommodating staff was appreciated and truly made the experience. Our servers Diamond and Raishon walked us through the menu and made sure we had everything we needed while showcasing their position energy and professionalism. Great service is definitely always appreciated from me because some other places are in short supply. The drinks, food, music, and atmosphere was also top tear. I recommend the salmon and the lobster tails. Everything was cooked to perfection with a very small wait time. Can't wait to go back!"
