"The meal was a bit slow to come out of the kitchen, but our waiter (Isaiah) did such a good job, we barely noticed. He was very polite, endured our gentle ribbing, and was very helpful to our party who included visually impaired members."

"We visited this Applebee's at 4pm. We were seated right away, but 25 minutes later we had yet to be greeted by the wait staff, let alone have our order taken--despite me speaking to the host about our situation. Even if they're short-staffed, they should still greet customers to let them know they'll be with them as soon as possible. Another party came in well after us, and they received their drink order right away, indicating that the assignments weren't being handled very efficiently. As we walked out, another couple leaving just then said we were doing the right thing, as their service had been severely lacking."
"Got the all you can eat, started with Buffalo chicken and tried ribs after. You can tell they make a lot of boneless wings and just add the sauce as ordered. They were kinda dry, ribletts were very good."
"Our service was impeccable! Gabby, our server is the only reason we will be back. The restaurant was full when we arrived and it appeared there was not enough staff to cover the number of patrons that were in the restaurant. We arrived at 9 pm on Thursday 3/16 for dinner. It took 35 minutes for our appraisers to arrive and 55 minutes for our entres. When we received our entres, they were cold and overcooked! Our server heard and understood our quality concerns. She provided a discount for the awful quality and apologized greatly for the poor quality. Gabby noted that there were many call offs for the night but still apologized for the quality, yet providing fantastic service. We will try again and hope they are not missing a great number of staff members."
