"My husband and I went there for dinner tonight. We enjoyed our food, but the service wasn’t great. We walked up to the counter and were completely ignored by the two men standing there…instead, they happily greeted the couple behind us (who are clearly regulars at that restaurant). We just stood there awkwardly while they took off their coats, talked and were shown to their table. Im not saying we needed anything huge, but a nice ‘hello, we’ll be with you in a moment’ would have been nice."

"The food is amazing, and it’s a nice atmosphere, but if you go in looking like you don’t belong, they will 100% either sit you right next to the kitchen, or in the bar. This is the 4th time this has happened to my partner and I, we show up wearing the nicest clothes we have (which aren’t very nice I will say) and every time they seat us someplace where others can’t see us, and even better, the server will treat us like street trash. We were there last night and our server was laughing and talking to other customers, even patting them on the back, he comes over to our table and can’t even say your welcome when we tell him thank you, he just treated us like we didn’t belong there. Now this won’t stop me from going in the future, their prime rib is to die for. But we won’t be thanking our server if they continuously treat us like this. If they wanna treat us like trash that’s how I’ll treat them. Smaller tips too!"

"First time at Papa Joe's in a few years. The service was timely, especially for how busy they were. The food was great all around. We even got two appetizers. The steak was very delicious and the dessert was awesome! A very great treat to have for a fine dining experience."

"My family had dinner on Saturday 12/30 @630pm for a nice enjoyable time. We were greeted and check in right away. We were seated at the corner table that had lots of room. My son loved the room. Our waitress Amanda was right over to take our drink order and let us know the specials. She was on top of things every time drinks needed refilled. Her and other staff worked together to make dinner awesome. The food was awesome. My prime rib was perfectly cooked, pasta was spot on. You can't go wrong with dining here. One of the owners Jeff stopped by the table. This place is family run and it shows. Amanda our waitress is hands down one of the best. She truly cares about her tables and her job. Five star service all around here!!"

"Was there for an employee luncheon. Stayed for the happy hour and then got food from the market store. Everything including the service was amazing. Will be back."
