"The customer service needs some attention. $15.00 for a salad should be made correctly. The only customer in the entire place and I felt like I was in the way! Could not stop what you are doing to properly check me out. Called after I left and was told I am the one incorrect in a smart mouth manner. Customer service is everything to me. Being rude to your ONLY customer should be a lesson that maybe that is why you have no customers. I have a feeling I know why but your cashier is above rude. Attention to detail or lower your prices to accommodate your horrible service."
"Absolute must try. I eat here whenever I’m in Akron. Usually get the Power Bowl which is my favorite healthy meal bowl around! Tried the Basil Pesto Pasta with grilled chicken today and it was also awesome! Staff is cheerful and nice which is a huuuuge plus!"
"I love this Piada! I am a Door Dash driver and also eat here myself, so I’ve spent a lot of time in here through the years! They have the greatest staff. Charlie, one of the chefs, is always asking about my day and is so kind. Espaniel is the sweetest and is always all smiles! Corey remembered my name and usual order after just 1-2 times and I was so impressed and couldn’t believe it! Love the Piada family ( :"
"Ordered pick up and Whomever made my bowl should be ashamed of themselves!! You could literally see the bottom of the bowl and it was the tiniest scoop of hummus I'd ever seen. And I love the power bowl!!!"
"An absolute must. I go here every week. The food is great, the location is extremely clean & professional. I’m amazed at how many people don’t know about this gem. Ditch the Chipotle - Piada is a way better value & flavor. Actually clean, actually fresh, and will last you a long while. Will be back and then back again. If you’re close to two locations, this is the one to go to - it’s worth the trip."
